Charged $6,000 repairing a Ford Ranger transmission in Sheehy Ford and died 6 months later. Searched around some local reviews to get fix another Ford Ranger transmission. Found AAMCO shop in Springfield, Virginia. I met the Manager Javier. Explored all the options and went forward. Job completed in 2 days. Worked well but I decided to wait 3 months after the work was done just to make sure about the results. Long story short? From start to finish: 6 stars. No BS and the best part?... less than 400 !! Highly recommended !!
My SUV stalled on me me last week and I didn't know was wrong. I assumed the worse case which was needing a transmission. But AAMCO Springfield diagnosed the problem as only needing a new shift cable. OMG, was I happy to hear that! They repaired my vehicle and it's shifting great!
